- Judges select the Top 10 start-ups in each regional heat, unlocking unparalleled coverage on FoodNavigator, the leading industry platform covering the global food and beverage sectors.
- Three finalists from the Top 10 will be provided with a branded booth within the exhibition area at the associated regional summit, and will get enhanced PR exposure via the summit channels.
- The regional winner will be announced live on stage, presented with a trophy and invited to pitch their solution to global industry stakeholders, executives and investors, with the session streamed worldwide.
- All shortlisted start-ups will remain in contention for the overall global award, recognising the world's most innovative food tech solution in 2027, to be announced in December 2027 through an immersive digital feature on FoodNavigator.
